Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Manager to join our team and oversee client accounts. The Accounts Manager will be responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with clients, managing project budgets and timelines, and ensuring that client needs and expectations are met. The successful candidate will have excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, and maintain regular communication with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
  • Work with the creative and project management teams to develop project proposals, budgets, and timelines.
  • Manage project resources, including internal team members and external contractors and vendors, to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Identify opportunities to grow client accounts and develop new business relationships.
  • Provide regular reports on project progress, budget, and impact to clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to ensure that project deliverables meet client expectations and are of high quality.
  • Monitor industry trends and best practices related to marketing and advertising, and make recommendations to clients as appropriate.
  • Manage the accounts receivable process, including invoicing and collection of payments.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field. relevant years of experience in lieu of a bachelor’s degree is also acceptable.
  • 5+ years of experience in account management.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Experience in developing project proposals, budgets, and timelines.
