Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Corporate Sponsor Manager to join our team and oversee our corporate sponsorship programs. The Corporate Sponsor Manager will be responsible for identifying potential sponsors, developing and maintaining relationships with current sponsors, and ensuring that sponsorship goals and objectives are met. The successful candidate will have excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential sponsors and develop targeted sponsorship proposals.
  • Negotiate sponsorship agreements and contracts with potential and existing sponsors.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with corporate sponsors to ensure their ongoing support.
  • Manage sponsor expectations and deliverables, including sponsor recognition and activation.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop and implement sponsor-related marketing and branding initiatives.
  • Work closely with the account management team to ensure that sponsorship goals and objectives are met and that sponsors are satisfied with their investment.
  • Provide regular reports on sponsorship revenue, expenses, and impact.
  • Monitor industry trends and best practices related to corporate sponsorships.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field. RELEVANT YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN LIEU OF A BACHELOR’S DEGREE IS ALSO ACCEPTABLE.
  • 5+ years of experience in corporate sponsorship.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships with sponsors and stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Experience in developing sponsorship proposals and agreements.
  • Knowledge of marketing and branding principles and terminology.
