Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team and oversee the execution of various projects for our clients. The Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The successful candidate will be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and have excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire project lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring that deliverables are met on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of the client.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, and communicate project status to all stakeholders.
  • Identify and manage project risks and issues, and develop contingency plans as needed.
  • Work closely with the creative team to ensure that project requirements are clearly defined and understood.
  • Communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders, and ensure that all parties are aligned on project goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with the account management team to ensure that client expectations are managed effectively, and that the client is kept informed of project progress.
  • Manage project resources, including internal team members and external contractors and vendors.
  • Conduct project post-mortems to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement, and implement changes as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field. RELEVANT YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN LIEU OF A BACHELOR’S DEGREE IS ALSO ACCEPTABLE.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
