All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds for purchased tickets under any circumstances.

However, if you are unable to attend the event, you may transfer your ticket to another person. To do so, please contact us with the name and email of the new attendee NO LATER THAN 24 hours before the event start time.

Please note that the transfer of tickets is your responsibility, and we do not facilitate or guarantee the transfer process.
